If you are not satisfied with a purchase from us, we have a simple customer friendly way for you to return it to us within 30 days.
Here’s what you do
1. Phone our toll free number 1-800-489-9884 for a return authorization number
2. Carefully wrap the returned items (unopened and in original resalable packaging) display the RA number clearly on the out side of the package and mail it back to us, be sure to include a copy of the original invoice. Return items must be sent prepaid within 30 days. Our mailing address is:

3. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise as above we will process your credit
within 5 days. There is a 20% restocking fee and we do not refund shipping cost. Your refund will be in the same form as you paid for the goods. For example, if you used a credit card we will credit your credit card account.

If you order any items that are not available for immediate shipping we will contact you by telephone or email to ask what you would like us to do.
1. Hold your order until item (s) on backorder is available, we will provide you with approximate timing.
2. Ship available products and cancel backorder.

We offer 2 standard shipping services to Canada and the United States both through Canada Post: Expedited parcel and express post.
To keep it simple for both you and us we have flat rates for both services which are outlined below with approximate shipping times

In Canada Expedited parcel delivery times and rates are as follows:
Ontario and Quebec 1-3 business days
Western Canada and Atlantic Provinces 2-6 business days
Flat rate $14.95
Please note orders to the Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut may carry additional costs which we will E-mail you about before shipping.
In Canada Express post delivery times and rates are as follows:
Ontario and Quebec 1-2 business days
Western Canada and Atlantic Provinces 2-3 business days
Flat Rate $22.50

Continental United States delivery times and rates are as follows:
Expedited parcel 6-9 business days, flat rate $18.95
Express post 6-7 business days, flat rate $29.95

Damaged Goods Policy
Our damaged goods policy is identical to our returns policy
Except that we will refund the cost of the returned postage and send the replacement product totally free of charge.
