Buying Online: Use the category index to locate products. Press the ‘Purchase’ button to place a selected item into the shopping cart. On the Shopping Cart page, you can ‘Return to Shopping’ and select more items, or select the ‘Finalize This Order’ button, which will take you to the Checkout (which is secure). On the Checkout page, your name, address and payment information is gathered. Pressing the ‘Proceed’ button will complete the transaction. You are e-mailed a receipt detailing your order.

Buying By Phone: Use the category index to locate products. Press the ‘Purchase’ button to place a selected item into the shopping cart. Instead of finalizing the order online, print the page and call our toll free number (North America only) 1-800-489-9884 during business hours (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). Give the customer service representative your order, your name, address and payment information. This option is for those who don’t want to provide payment information over the Internet

Buying By Fax: As above, use the category index to locate products. Press the ‘Purchase’ button to place a selected item into the shopping cart. In this case, press the “Finalize This Order” button and go to the Checkout page. Enter your name, address and payment information. Print out the page and fax to 1-866-487-5696. This is a toll free fax line that is available 24 hours/day to receive orders.

Buying By Mail: Repeat steps for faxing orders but instead of faxing, mail the order and payment information to Willowood Marketing Services, 1799 Turcotte Lane RR3
Gananoque, ON  K7G 2V5.  Payment may be by credit card or by money order in Canadian funds, payable to ”Willowood Marketing Services”. Sorry but we do not accept cheques due to lengthy delays waiting to clear at the bank.

Receipts: All orders placed online through our Web site will receive a detailed e-mail receipt. All orders will have a detailed receipt and credit card receipt shipped with them.

Credit Cards: Credit card statements will read “Willowood Health”. Credit cards will not be charged until orders are ready to be shipped.

Please note that, as a Canadian site, all transactions are performed in Canadian funds.
Receipts will show totals in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will do the actual conversion into other currencies, and your credit card statement will show the details of the transaction and the currency conversion using the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction.
